I hit a deer on my way to work and the airbags did not deploy. I did file a claim with the insurance company and after looking at the car they said it was a total loss. They also said that the airbags should have deployed due to location and how hard the impact but the sensors were faulty. My question is can I sue the manufacturer the dealership for selling me an unsafe car because this accident could have been a whole lot worse?
"Could have been injured" means "could have had a lawsuit"
