I paid for all four green cards me my spouse and two children about two months ago at the same time and I recently received my husband's and two children's green card and my card is still not in production as yet. Why would they not send all four since they were all paid at the same time and why did there cards produced before mines, should I call Tue USCIS please help.
USCIS processing tries to keep family petitions together, it doesn't always work. Follow-up with an INFOPASS to see what the status is. Contact a US immigration attorney if there are issues.
Schedule an InfoPass appointment to inquire about your green card.
Mr. Shusterman's (former INS Trial Attorney, 1976-82) response to your question is general in nature, as not all the facts are known to him. You should retain an attorney experienced in immigration law to review all the facts in your case in order to receive advice specific to your case. Mr. Shusterman's statement above does not create an attorney/client relationship.
