I never had Ohio DL.Suspended in FLA.Can I get a Ohio DL?
No, OH will not grant you a license until you deal with the suspension in FL. You will have to comply with the courts ruling, fines, court costs, drivers classes, community service, whatever the court said. Once FL reinstates your right to drive (regardless of a license or not) then you can apply for an OH license.
Peace be with you, and may love guide you.
