I had court ordered classes to participate in but got the wrong information and didn’t attended so I violated probation but I was never giving any jail time to back up if I didn’t complete the classes .. so since I was never given any jail time Would they make me redo the classes and add on a couple of weeks or something else
If you were charged with a crime that carried possible jail time and did not serve the maximum sentence, the judge can send you to jail for a violation of probation. Go and complete the classes and that should satisfy the judge. If you do nothing, jail is a possibility.
