Can I go for a Caribbean trip on cruise ship with b1/b2 visa?

I don't see why not since you plan on departing the U.S. on schedule, not requesting an extension. I'd say take your passport with the visa, some printed confirmation of your return flight, and it would probably be a good idea to print out the I-94 from your most recent arrival which you can print from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home. This is, of course, assuming that you haven't done anything since your arrival that may make you inadmissible such as being arrested for a crime.
