mr horwitz offerd a good take on what the process should be like during the trail reguarding jury instructions and the burden of proof.......he was very knowledge able about what it was i was searching for even provideing case law sites for me to research........when contacting him by email he respon...ded asap which i belive those who are seeking advice or direction from this site are seeking answers or direction asap....many thanks to mr Horwitz for his imput
