Although I didn't hire Mr Rogers, he did return both my calls, was prompt and extremely courteous, telling me he was not an expert regarding my question.
I am very impressed with him and with your service I'm sure I will use it again.
Sincerely, Scott McNeil

I would enthusiastically recommend Smilie! I was very pleased with the estate planning services provided which included my will, healthcare directive, trusts etc... Smilie really listened to my unique situation / estate planning wishes and designed a comprehensive plan for me.

Smilie Rogers provided an on-line interview that streamlined the work, saving time & money. He educated me about my need for a process rather than a static document. With his wife, Mary Brennan an elder care attorney, he showed me and my wife the advantages of remaining flexible within a framework that guaranteed our needs would be met. My only concern is that he seems to shortchange himself in his billing! By my records he didn't bill for 2 hours of work.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I recently had the pleasure of working together with Smilie and his wife, Mary Kathryn, on a Trust Administration matter. I found Smilie to be professional, smart, and caring. His legal analysis was thorough and reliable, and he had our common client's interests at the forefront of every discussion and decision. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Smilie again in the future.
