This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Scott’s comment: “This is misleading. I have never received a complaint from any client, attorney, employer, court staff, opposing party, or judge. I have never been found to have failed to perform my lawyerly duties.”

Scott was aggressive and attentive. He understood the process as well as being able to handle all parties involved (other lawyers, their clients and myself) with extreme tact! The case was successfully mediated in my favor, thank you Scott!

I have been with Alford, Wilkins and Coltrane for several years now with Scott performing foreclosures mostly but has assisted us in many other matters. He is reliable and gets the job done. He and his colleagues are personable and understands the urgency of situations. I would highly recommend Scott Wild.

Scott has always presented himself in a professional manner going over the facts time and again to ensure that nothing was missed or that there were no surprises at the trial.
One thing that I liked very much is that he gave me 'homework' to do that allowed him to concentrate on the legal aspects of the situation while making me 'prove' my case to him. This technique proved extremely valuable in that the quality of the material proffered during Discovery became indisputable and caused the 'other side' severe consternation I am sure. It also clarified (i.e. allowed me to remove emotion from my testimony) the facts so that I supported his strategy for winning the judgement clearly and concisely.
We won the case mostly through Mr. Wild's efforts, guidance and thoroughness.
I would recommend Scott and the Law firm he is associated with without hesitation.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
