Salil has significant experience counseling high growth companies through debt and equity financings. He also brings a unique perspective to this practice, as he is a member of the investment committee and an investor in a venture fund focused on late stage venture investments. In his role as general counsel to three technology companies, Salil works with senior management to resolve day-to-day legal issues, and handles corporate transactions and governance matters.

In these transactions, he guides clients from the letter of intent through closing. Salil was previously an associate at Clifford Chance, where he focused on registered offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represented a publicly-traded multi-series commodity index fund.
