Best of the best

I have never been in trouble with the police and I surely don't drink alcohol. First time I was allegedly drunk,I took implied consent and gave the TBI some blood to provide my info saying0% alcohol. Mr Thomas got the charge lessened and on my last week of probation, Baam, I'm drunk again! The first ...thing I did was call Mr Thomas! He got it worked out to my benefits and I highly regarded his ability. He handled all the worries and I just had to be sure to get to court. He spoke to me several times and is very respectful, responds to voicemail the same day you leave them, if there he will answer your questions over the phone or in person.. He is quiet and sits calmly in the court. The first time I saw him question the police on the stand, he was in the zone and questions were answered because his calm demeanor changed with the trial. All I know about attorneys is I have recommended to some friends and will be happy to refer him to anyone I know! I give 5 stars and would like to give more stars but no options.9

Good lawyer

Mr Thomas help me in my 3 offense Dui he got it drop to a second and the gave me a good deal with probation but I totally recommend him he’s very good at what he does

Very professional

Russell dealt with the ADA to keep me from going to trial and do time. I went on probation and now my record is clear. He is very professional and nice. He also explained legal talk to me in a way that I could understand, so I didn’t feel left out of my own defense.

Thankful

I was in trouble and so like any person I did my research on who I thought would be the best person for me. I came to the decision that Russell was going to be the best person that I thought would best represent my interests. I reached out to him, met him the following day, and he laid out a plan... of how he was going to work my case. I came to a resolution that allowed me to move on and protect my future and for that I couldn't be more happy and thankful. If anyone else is in a situation like I was I highly suggest reaching out to Russell and let him lay out what he could do for you. Brian.

Responsive, Thorough and Professional Experience; Strongly Recommendable

I was referred to Mr. Thomas for an incident in 2007. He was immediately responsive and thorough in walking me through what to expect before, during, and after the courtroom. The case was settled to my liking. Several years later, Mr. Thomas followed up to inform me of options to expunge the case ...which was also accomplished. Having sound guidance in what was otherwise a very uncertain situation provided peace of mind so I strongly recommend Mr. Thomas.
