As was explained in open court, by the Judge, you have only a conditional discharge (a 1year 'CD') with no requirements other than to not be arrested which I know will not be any issue for you. It is easy to use the wrong term but I felt obliged to correct it for you so you do not utilize the wrong term going forward. I am glad we could dismiss your charge and wish you all the best.
