I hired him back in 2007 to file my asylum case. After question him several times about the status of my case, I found out that he introduced the documents some months after my immigration status expired. After that, any lawyer would like to take my case because it was very poorly prepared. He affect...s my immigration status in the worst way possible

I hired him last year. Did most of the work on my own I just needed to remove conditions from my status. Paid $650.00 he hardly did anything as I was waiting on my appointment after my biometrics. Had to chase him down over and over and call and email. NO RESPONSE. Then one day my boyfriend decided t...o go the address...the people there stated he moved out of the office building 2 weeks prior and so many people were looking for him. I have filed an FTC complaint and I am moving it all the way to the top with the bar and other resources. Disgusting !!!! NOW I am stuck..I have no more money for another attorney. I came from a battered marriage and escaped here to FL. My status is expired but the case is pending and I have no one to help me. He knew I came from a battered home. I am so upset right now.

I met with Mr. Mogle, I paid him to file a Citizenship application for me and an extension for my 81 year old mother. If he did it, I do not know. I do know that he does not return phone calls; his email bounces back and I am being forced to file a bar complaint. Although there is no prejudice t...o me, my mother has overstayed her visa as he did not file an extension and cannot leave the country to visit France or at 81 will not be able to return to the US.
