Rob Dean made the entire hassle of getting a reckless driving ticket extremely easy. After getting clocked going 89 in a 70, I contacted Rob Dean's office and they took care of rescheduling and attending my court date. All I had to do was get a speedometer calibration on my vehicle. Turns out it was ...about 4-5 mph off, so my speed read around 85 on my speedometer when I got pulled over. Rob was able to use this information, as well as my clean driving record to get the ticket knocked down a standard speeding ticket (70-79). I was able to get the potential misdemeanor off my record with little hassle. The Rob Dean law firm was very professional about the whole process and charged a very fair fee to take my case. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone.

I hired Robert to represent my son when he received his second reckless driving ticket in a row. I researched a lot before choosing him. He was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive,but he was the one who told us exactly what my son needed to do beforehand and what to expect the outcome to ...be if he did and didn't do what he recommended. I had received a ticket in VA for reckless driving 20 mph over the speed limit. Every attorney I contact or was contacted by told me the Judge in this court was a stickler for this type of case. While he was not able to get the charges dropped ad I was found guilty, Mr. Dean was able to help me keep my license (no suspension) and to keep the fine low. Both are/were essential to my family- as a family member developed cancer and I am the only transport to and from chemo therapy for that family member. At all times, Mr. Dean kept n contact with me to make sure I was following along on the case and was aware of what steps he was taking on my behalf. I and my family feel like his intervention and representation was a blessing upon us.
