I was charged with reckless driving 80/60 near Roanoke VA area. At that time I was under 6-month probation for another reckless driving charge. Like many others posting here, I was charged with reckless driving in Virginia (I-64; 84 mph/70 mph zone). I only became aware of the severity of the charge once I began receiving a slew of letters from lawyers willing to represent me. After speaking with several, I chose Rob Dean. I got a speeding ticket in VA for going 87 in a 75 mph zone (it was a very steep hill and we live in a very flat area of MD). Being from MD, I did not realize that anything over 80 could result in a felony misdemeanor conviction and a fine up to $2,500+.
