I had received a ticket in VA for reckless driving 20 mph over the speed limit. Every attorney I contact or was contacted by told me the Judge in this court was a stickler for this type of case. While he was not able to get the charges dropped ad I was found guilty, Mr. Dean was able to help me keep my license (no suspension) and to keep the fine low. Both are/were essential to my family- as a family member developed cancer and I am the only transport to and from chemo therapy for that family member. At all times, Mr. Dean kept n contact with me to make sure I was following along on the case and was aware of what steps he was taking on my behalf. I and my family feel like his intervention and representation was a blessing upon us.
