I retained Rob for a DWI case that we fought hard but were unable to get the desirable outcome due to the politics of my local courts. It would have been too expensive to pursue trial and the DA was only willing to offer alcohol treatment that 2 evaluations proved I didnt qualify for. Even though I p...lead guilty to the full charges with a conditional discharge I still felt like Rob helped me more than anybody to try to get through the mess that I created. I feel that Rob would have been astounding in trial and I likely would have walked out without the conviction but financially I just couldnt afford a trial. The retainer for Robs services was very reasonable for all that he had done not to mention he was driving several hours every appearance to represent me.
