Having a mugshot is bad enough, imagine just starting off in your career and having a lifelong blemish on your record – one that shows a serious lack of judgement and/or responsibility from a summer party gone awry. After a stay in jail, dozens of pamphlets and offers came in the mail, and I had ...no vehicle or time to go through numerous appointments.
