Due to a scrivener's error on two separate occasions, arresting officers submitted my name and driver's license number to state court for two DUIs committed by another guy having the same first and last name and DOB. Having a mugshot is bad enough, imagine just starting off in your career and having a lifelong blemish on your record – one that shows a serious lack of judgement and/or responsibility from a summer party gone awry.
