My ex husband tried to get out of paying me what he owed me by listing me as a "creditor" on his bankruptcy. It would have been a slam dunk for anyone else but Poff just took my retainer and proceeded to do NOTHING. Oh, he did place a call to the female attorney who recommended him to me. (She had b...een somewhat regionally celebrated, so he was very flattered). Why on earth she recommended him remains a mystery. The entire fiasco was expensive for me! The retainer I paid him was substantial and he did zero aside from place that one good ol boy call. He kept my retainer and did no work. I do NOT recommend. Get anyone else!

this guy was 3 months of nothing , no response , no action , only time I got a response was my weekly call to get him moving , and then he only got a rough draft done in the mail 3 months later, gave him 2000 bucks for a rough draft , no refund of any sort , found another lawyer and my ex-wife was s...erved 2 days later , part of his job was to get the support order dropped 2 months later, I had to do it myself because he didnt
