He is very assertive and just hiring him alone will give you confidence in your situation! He worked diligently to bring my case to a co...nclusion that I was very pleased with. If you put your trust in him and follow his advice, he will fight for you until the very end. ALTHOUGH PHIL HAD PERIODS OF TIME WHICH HE HAD NOTHING TO REPORT IN OUR CASE, HE NEVER FORGOT ABOUT US AND KEPT US INFORMED OF ALL CHANGES IN OUR CASE AS SOON AS HE WAS AWARE OF IT...AT THIS POINT IN TIME OUR CASE IS NOT OVER , HOWEVER , I FEEL HE WILL NOT QUIT UNTIL WE GET THE RESULTS WE ASK FOR AND... AT THE AGREED ON FEE.

From the moment that I contacted Mr. Baker to represent my Son, he was so easy to talk to and explained everything to me as to the cost and what his representation would entail. As to his word he has met all his obligations to us. He has answered phone calls from me even on a Sunday and stayed on t...he phone until I was put at ease and my questions answered. He has accomplished a lot in closing and clearing a few of my Sons' cases and has a couple more to handle but I feel that my Son is in great hands. Mr. Baker has shown me that he is knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for his client.

After reviewing attorneys for our case,I chose Phillip Baker.our results would have been the same if we had chosen a public defender.i do not recommend him,he talks a lot of textbook talk,but the end result was,he did not change the outcome of my case.we felt his fees were not in line for the amount ...of work his firm performed.
