This attorney is not interested in really helping you unless you're going to end up paying a lot of money. When I hired him he assured me he could help me avoid having a small pot misdemeanor on my record, but after me calling him out on being late for court without having the courtesy of letting me... know what was going on he was rude and just wanted to get rid of me, so I ended up pleading guilty and yes having it on my record.
