I posted a specific green card-related question on avvo yesterday. Mr. Capriotti is the only attorney, so far, who has responded. He has not only answered my question thoroughly, but also provided me additional related information that is very helpful. I truly appreciate his knowledge, insights, and voluntary help.

I do not know Mr. Capriotti personally but he is one of very few people who are eager to help and answer your questions. Most of the time lawyers on Avvo say something just for the sake of saying something and getting a pump up. But Mr. Capriotti took his time and answered all my questions. I believe that he is very diligent in the work he does as well. I would consider him as my immigration lawyer if I had the chance.

It's not often someone will take personal time to answer I question I had posted on the AVVO site, that does not pertain to his area of practice, simply as an act of kindness. He is also the SECOND attorney on this website within ten minutes of my posting to do so. On top of such a helpful thing to do, he "re-classified" my question which I believe means he's going to post it in the correct section of law in which i should be asking advice from. That goes above and beyond.
His actions speak volumes. Immigration lawyers, I needed one years ago, are very hard to find if you want one that actually works for the money in which we pay. I'd hire him in a heartbeat. Thank you for your help Sir.

Good Guy ,
Hindsight is 20/20, Franco failed to ,in advance ,address in his brief ,arguments that DHS came up with in their rebuttal. He lost the case , It cost me $5000.00 in advance , and Franco had no interest in appealing the BIA decision with me, promptly cutting off any further communication ! I thought he did a fairly good job with his brief ,yet he was not able to anticipate or counter the DHS arguments in advance as his brief was filed before DHS . He did however give me a referral to a 9th circuit Attorney . After the BIA decision ,I got an email from him , with an attachment of the ruling , never to hear from or see Franco again .

I talked to Mr. Capriotti for 5 minutes and he is a knowledgeable and experience lawyer in immigration. I didnt pay yet consultation fee. Am surprised to see people writing about him stupid things. You need knowledge, PAY FOR IT
He paid for his education and experience with money and years and he has right to ask for fees. On the personality, he sounds a proud person of him self and i consider this a plus :-)
On the other hand, i know money is not easy to find, by good attitude and negotiation you can reach to an acceptable fee.

I engaged Fraco for an initial consultation and will be definitely engaging him to act on my behalf.
He had an extremely detailed knowledge of American Immigration law and a very thorough and methodical approach, ensuring no stone was left unturned. I certainly left the consultation feeling like I had received a very thorough review of my options and received my monies worth, and that feeling was reinforced when I received several emails later that day, showing Franco had not simply stopped thinking about my immigration issues when our consultation finished.
I strongly recommend Franco to anyone considering immigration on a temporary or permanent basis to America.

Success!! My family and I are newly minted US citizens and a huge thanks goes to Franco Capriotti for his guidance and support.
I needed legal advice on completing ambiguous sections in the USCIS forms. I called many lawyers that refused to answer my questions unless I hired them to complete the forms for me. This would cost a ridiculous amount of money for filling out sections for which I already knew the answers. These other lawyers refused to consider anything less.
I found Franco Capriotti on AVVO. I was very intrigued by his consultation service. It was exactly what I was looking for.
I used his consultation service. Franco is a straight shooter and gave me timely and effective advice. His service empowered me to complete the forms which saved me almost $5,000 in attorney fees.
I highly recommend Franco. He is knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and his service is well worth his fee. I appreciate his help.

I got to know about Mr Capriotti through Avvo.com and have not met him in person ever - however his legal advice for my questions posted on Avvo.com has helped me take a very important decision. His responses were very quick and thorough. I highly recommend this attorney and I wish him very best of luck!

I hired Mr. Capriotti for his $400 consultation service. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Most importantly, I found this service to be effective and of excellent value.
I am someone who felt I could complete the forms on my own but I was left with many questions. I didn't need an attorney to complete the forms for me and charge a steep rate; I needed an attorney to answer my questions and make some recommendations. This is why I found Mr. Capriotti's consultation service so intriguing.
I did my homework and made a concerted effort to complete the forms before I spoke with him. I also made every effort to collect all the supporting documentation that I could and forwarded this to him before our call.
Mr. Capriotti answered all my questions thoroughly. He told me what I was doing right and what I needed to change. Mr. Capriotti's 2 hour consultation session empowered me to finish the forms on my own.
I highly recommend Mr. Capriotti and this consultation service.

Franco was really helpful and caring about my Diversity Visa case. I went previously to another attorney and I was really unhappy about the information he gave to me, with Franco it went the opposite way: he did explain everything I needed to do really well, he was clear and went beyond what he was suppose to do.
