This is a bad plan.
You are not permitted to start attending classes until after the change from B to F is approved ... a 3-5 month process.
You would be better off flying home to apply for the F visa ... do NOT try to extend the B .. that can also take 3-5 months and CIS will not approve a B extension if your purpose is to 'buy time' for the F application.See question
