I unfortunately put myself in a undesirable predicament on a Friday night. On Sunday afternoon I called many lawyers that handled my current situation. As I was driving my kids and wife home, I was pulled over and if you are looking at this site, you know what hap...pened next. I was eventually charged with a high tier OVI and child endangerment, since my kids were in the car. It took a few months of working with the prosecutor and some classes on my side, but they were able to get the OVI's reduced to a physical control, and all of the other charges dropped. I have a suspended license for the next few months, but it is way better than what could have happened. As a first offender, I had no idea what to expect after getting an OVI. I called Patt and he came to my house THAT DAY to talk to me. He really seemed like he knew what he was talking about. But the magic came in court. He is so knowledgeable on what to expect from the courts that he asked me to do a... couple of things before my court date that really worked out in my favor.
