I was arrested and charged with both an OVI and a "high test". Pat took the time to visit me personally on the Sunday after the arrest (literally one day after it happened!) and discussed the scope of the charges and venues to defend against it. He then provided me a lot of reassurance regarding ...my driving privileges in the following weeks. Unfortunately, this case had a lot of weight and I had made some statements during my arrest that jeopardized my chances of a favorable plea bargain,. Overall, thanks to his work, we were able to nolle prosequi the charge of a high-test OVI and as a result eliminate the chance of the related Interlock/restricted plates that would have jeopardized my career and relations with my family. Long story short, I was charged with OVI/DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and obstruction of justice... Not good. I consulted the legal counsel of Mr. Patrick Quinn, briefly explained my situation to him over the phone, met with him face-to-face later that day to have a more in-depth discussion... of my predicament, and then decided to retain his services. Patrick has done a terrible job for me. He changed me $5,000 then wanted $1,500 more . I gave him another $1,000 and he has done nothing. My case manager spoke with him and he still hasn’t done a thing about getting my bracelet switched over to breath monitoring. I‘ve tried calling him and he doesn’t... answer my calls. HE’S TERRIBLE …. Find someone else!!!
