Outstanding

HIGHLY recommend!!! Mr. Quinn was extremely professional and very compassionate, instantly set my mind at ease. Told me with great confidence not to worry and now I know why he is excellent at what he does. Mr. Quinn was able to get a sentence reduce to a third of what I was expecting. His offic...e staff is also exceptional and informative. If you have to get a lawyer I would say look no further you just found one.

First Time OVI Reduced to Physical Control

What started with your typical Saturday evening out with friends ended in a not so typical arrest and a first time OVI. This was my first and only offense of any kind to date. Firstly, I will say being cooperative with the arresting officer can indeed be a wise choice, and fortunately in my case it c...ertainly was. I had a few drinks, decided to drive home, and was distracted by my cell phone. Because of this distraction I went left of center and was subsequently pulled over. If in your arrest the officer had no probable cause for the stop the entire case could ultimately be dismissed. However, I was not as lucky. So after a brief conversation with the officer he requested that I exit my vehicle and that I perform a series of field sobriety tests to determine my level of impairment. They are as follows: the horizontal gaze nystagmus (HGN), the walk-and-turn (WAT) and the one-leg stand (OLS): Plainly spoken, attorney Patrick D Quinn is an expert in regards to these tests. As you will see, he has completed so much coursework from all over the country revolving these tests and all other things DUI/OVI related, that he could teach the police cadets how to perform and administer these tests himself. The flip side to this is that he is now exceptional at spotting out the mistakes that these officers so commonly make and in my case, he did just that. In regards to the HGN test, Attorney Patrick Quinn found the officer had administered this test incorrectly. In regards to the WAT test, I had completed the wrong number of steps but remained on the line with hands on my sides in its entirety. And in regards to the OLS, I had also passed without swaying or moving once. Of these three tests, I felt over all I had done fairly well, but nonetheless I was arrested there after. After being taken to the police station I consented to the breathalyzer test and blew a .13. The following day after the initial shock had worn off I began my search for the best DUI/OVI lawyer I could find. I had spoken with around thirty to forty attorneys in this time. After I had stumbled upon attorney Patrick Quinns website and upon further reading, I left an inquiry on his page for a consultation which I had received the very next day. Not only did he call me himself, he called me not from his office but from his mobile phone. He spoke with me for close to forty five minutes going over the intricacies of my case and told me exactly what he could do for me. He made no guarantees as you shouldn't in this business and after hearing the shear knowledge and confidence he displayed I decided to hire him thereafter. I had given much thought after being arrested to simply plead guilty, take my punishment, and move on from all of it entirely. But after speaking with attorney Patrick Quinn I knew I had to fight. After ninety days of numerous court hearings and pre-trials, he was able to get my OVI reduced to Physical Control, a zero point offense, a three day class, no jail time, and no suspension. He had weakened the prosecutors case by the results of the tests, my cooperative behavior, and the mishandling of evidence. He also accomplished this in a particular court system that is notorious for giving absolutely no special privilege for OVI/DUI offenders especially first time OVI/DUI offenders. He made such an impression that the judge himself, who especially dislikes these types of cases, commended him on how exceptionally well he had fought for me. Hiring him was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. There's no way of knowing just how much he has helped me or my future, but I am undeniably and forever grateful for it. He gave me my life back and he can do the same for you. So if you ever find yourself in an unlucky position like I was, don't plead guilty. Don't hire someone cheap that's a fast talker and only cares about your money. You owe it to yourself to hire the best, and the best is attorney Patrick D Quinn. God bless. And good luck.

Don't worry

When I first met Pat Quinn, it was the Sunday after my incident. He drove to my house and met with me. He explained everything he could offer me and how he would try to help me. This is before asking for a cent of money. The most important thing he told me that day was not to worry. That was a v...ery hard thing not to do and of course I worried all through out the proceedings of my case. But he was right- he fought my case and got my charges greatly reduced. It was a relief and he was right, I shouldn't have wasted my time worrying.

2nd offense Reduced to Physcal Control

I was pulled over and charged with an OVI on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Amazingly, Mr. Quinn called me early that morning, and we met over the holiday to review the case and plan for Tuesday which truly gave me piece of mind, since I was so nervous due to the holiday and finding represen...tation. This was my second alcohol related offense. While not a prior OVI, this still was a factor, and there could have been escalating penalties. Due to this fact, the prosecutor was extremely reluctant to make a plea, and it was an understatement, that they were not making anything about this easy. Mr Quinn, actually managed to get the entire case DISMISSED on the many merits of the stop. However, the prosecutor re-filed charges against me, leaving off the charges that led to the dismissal in the first place, and only charged me with the OVI. Well, Pat did not go for that. He had told me that this could happen. However, he fought just as hard, if not harder on this second go around on the same case. I could not be happier with the outcome. It was reduced to a physical control, Zero points and only a total of a three month suspension which I had long since served. Pat fought so hard and I truly love his NEVER quit attitude. Your in good hands

Good Attorney and a Great Guy!

Patrick was very knowledgeable in his field, and honest when answering questions. The outcome of the case came almost exactly as he described the first time I spoke with him, before he even read my full file or spoke with a prosecutor. He negotiated my dual hit skip, obstruction of justice and high t...ier OVI down to a low tier and failure to control. Without him I am sure I would be sitting in a cell right now. He is approachable and made me feel like I was in good hands the whole way through the process. He understands that good people make bad decisions, and does not hold that over your head. He is very networked in the area, and seems to rub elbows with the right people. The only negative thing I can say is he was not able to make it to my final day in court. BUT he had just started a jury trial and was required to be there for that, AND sent a very qualified and knowledgeable lawyer in his stead. Overall Patrick turned a terrible situation into a bearable one. If i could describe Mr. Quinn in three words i would use: Experienced, Trustworthy and Omniscient
