I was pulled over and charged with an OVI on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Amazingly, Mr. Quinn called me early that morning, and we met over the holiday to review the case and plan for Tuesday which truly gave me piece of mind, since I was so nervous due to the holiday and finding represen...tation. This was my second alcohol related offense. While not a prior OVI, this still was a factor, and there could have been escalating penalties. Due to this fact, the prosecutor was extremely reluctant to make a plea, and it was an understatement, that they were not making anything about this easy. Mr Quinn, actually managed to get the entire case DISMISSED on the many merits of the stop. However, the prosecutor re-filed charges against me, leaving off the charges that led to the dismissal in the first place, and only charged me with the OVI. Well, Pat did not go for that. He had told me that this could happen. However, he fought just as hard, if not harder on this second go around on the same case. I could not be happier with the outcome. It was reduced to a physical control, Zero points and only a total of a three month suspension which I had long since served. Pat fought so hard and I truly love his NEVER quit attitude. Patrick was very knowledgeable in his field, and honest when answering questions. The outcome of the case came almost exactly as he described the first time I spoke with him, before he even read my full file or spoke with a prosecutor. He negotiated my dual hit skip, obstruction of justice and high t...ier OVI down to a low tier and failure to control. Without him I am sure I would be sitting in a cell right now. He is approachable and made me feel like I was in good hands the whole way through the process. He understands that good people make bad decisions, and does not hold that over your head. He is very networked in the area, and seems to rub elbows with the right people. The only negative thing I can say is he was not able to make it to my final day in court. BUT he had just started a jury trial and was required to be there for that, AND sent a very qualified and knowledgeable lawyer in his stead. Overall Patrick turned a terrible situation into a bearable one. If i could describe Mr. Quinn in three words i would use: Experienced, Trustworthy and Omniscient

I was arrested and charged with both an OVI and a "high test". Pat took the time to visit me personally on the Sunday after the arrest (literally one day after it happened!) and discussed the scope of the charges and venues to defend against it. He then provided me a lot of reassurance regarding ...my driving privileges in the following weeks. Unfortunately, this case had a lot of weight and I had made some statements during my arrest that jeopardized my chances of a favorable plea bargain,. During my pretrial he was honest about the facts of the case; there were no promises or exaggerated claims about what he could do for me, he stated what the circumstances were and how we should proceed. The plea bargain we ultimately arrived at allowed me to live my life with minimal interference. Pat was also responsive to the phone calls, text messages and emails I sent (perhaps too many due to my anxiety over the charge!) and was encouraging during my DIP program. Overall, thanks to his work, we were able to nolle prosequi the charge of a high-test OVI and as a result eliminate the chance of the related Interlock/restricted plates that would have jeopardized my career and relations with my family. There's no way I could have done that without Pat's counsel and his experience dealing with the legal system. I wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone arrested for a DUI charge. This has been a rough and costly road for me, but I fully endorse Pat's services and will certainly refer him to anyone else who has found themselves in this same situation. He did the best he could under the circumstances I faced and I thank him for it.

I never met my lawyer. He didn’t show up to a single hearing. The assistants that he sent in his place to represent me were late every time; in fact on the actual sentence day when they weren’t there and the judge called my name he asked “don’t you have legal representation?” and I had to say “yes ...but apparently he isn’t here yet.” I never saw my video. I was never given any advice, or even spoken to about the case. In fact, the only time Quinn contacted me was to ask for money….AFTER I had already paid in full. It was at this point that I realized what a terrible mistake I had made going with him. I paid more for this lawyer “fighting” my tiny infraction than people with 3x the number of charges (including felonies) and to this day it still baffles me. I don’t know why I had such a drastically different experience than the rest of the reviews. Lucky me I guess
