The reviews are true

So Feb 2018 I was involved in an accident. Someone made an illegal turn in front of me, and we collided. To make matters worse, I had just left the bar with someone coworkers. As a result, while I was in the hospital, my BAC was high and I was charged with aN OVI. After reading through the various la...ws concerning OVI in Ohio, I became very nervous. I didn’t know what to expect, because this was my first time ever. After appearing in court, the judge advised me to obtain a lawyer due to the severity of the incident. This increased my anxiety that much more. So the minute I left, I began a google search. Read some reviews, and called around. It’s tough choosing a attorney. I came across Pat Quinn, and his law firm, the reviews really caught my attention, because others had similar situations. Therefore, I decided to hire Pat. From day one, he eased my pain by thoroughly explaining my options, and his plan of action. He didn’t make any promises he didn’t keep. His knowledge of case law, sobriety field testing, forensic testing, etc astounded me. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. When I say they overwhelmed the prosecutor with their extensive research of the case, and mishandling of evidence my charges ended up being dropped to a physical control. No DUI, no suspension, no jail, no hefty fine, all in 7 months. The reviews I read were true, and so is mines. BELIEVE ME, IF YOURE FACING A DUI HIRE HIM. It is worth every penny. Thank you so much Pat. Btw he even gave me his cell to reach him after hours if I needed to talk, he is awesome!

BEST DUI Lawyer!

Mr. Quinn did an EXCELLENT job representing and defending me with my DUI case. In August 2017, I made a poor decision to drive home after having some drinks with friends. I was pulled over by a State Trooper and failed the sobriety testing, handed over my driver's license and given an OVI. I was FR...EAKING OUT because I work in the medical field and an OVI on my record could have been the end of my career that I worked so hard and put in many, many years to achieve. I looked online for a DUI attorney in Cleveland, read all the reviews and quickly called Mr Quinn. I'm so happy I did! I have never been in trouble before so I did not know what to expect with the court hearings. I work full time so Mr. Quinn kindly sent lawyers from his office to the first two hearings on my behalf. Mr. Quinn also gave me his personal cell phone number. Being so worried about possibly losing my career over my mistake, I am sure I over called him with questions. He always called me back and reassured me that things were going to be alright. In the courtroom, he was clearly well respected and known in the Cleveland Municipal Court. Thankfully, Mr Quinn was able to get my OVI dropped to a physical control. I had my driver's license suspended for 6 months, attended 3 MADD meetings (very informative and eye-opening real life stories) and attended a 3-day DIP program. I'm very thankful that my poor choice did not result in an accident and no one was hurt. I learned my lesson from the whole experience. I have not had a single drink of alcohol since being pulled over by the cop. Mr. Quinn is a wonderful DUI lawyer whom I would recommend to ANYONE who finds themselves in a similar situation.

My OVI/DUI case

Patrick was referred to me through a friend and I am happy he was. He knows exactly what he's doing and is very quick to answer any questions or concerns. My case lasted about 4 months. In that time, Patrick managed to get my charge reduced to a physical control charge. Patrick and the other lawyers ...at his firm are very understanding and extremely helpful. I would not have wanted any other person to represent me, otherwise I do not believe the outcome would have been as much in my favor.

The Best DUI Attorney There Is!!!!

If you have received a DUI/OVI and are not sure where to turn, contact Patrick Quinn......immediately. I received an OVI at 4:00am on Memorial Day weekend and was due in court a few days later. Not sure where to turn, I started look online and learned that the only thing that most attorneys cared abo...ut was my financial situation if they even called me back at all. Speaking with some friends who had dealt with a similar issue, I was told to contact Patrick and he would have my OVI reduced. I was told that he was not cheap but he would provide the results that I needed. Since I drive for a living, a positive outcome was critical to my career and financial future. I called Patrick on Monday and he took the time to discuss my case and set expectations on what we would be dealing with as well as the cost. He price was reasonable, he was direct and honest and I agreed to move forward with his services. Let me be clear - he provided me with more service and better service than I could have ever expected. He knows everyone in the court system and has a great working relationship with the Judges and Prosecutors. He is highly respected and although he's very smart, he takes the time to help you understand what to expect as you move through the court process. He took every avenue to fight my case which was complex and did not look very promising since I did not perform a breathalyzer. After several court appearances, Patrick was able to have my OVI reduced - thus saving my job and career. If you are ever in need of a DUI/OVI attorney and you are fortunate enough to come across this article - the smartest thing that you can do (other than not drinking and driving) is to contact Patrick. I recommend that you do it quickly since time is of the essence - especially when you are dealing with an OVI. Good luck.

July 2- Continued...

First off, this is the review after the court case was settled. Please refer to "July 2" for my initial review... On August 09, 2015, the court case was handled. I was originally pulled over for no display of front plate and OVI refusal. At Mr. Quinn's advice, I plead guilty to Physical Control (Min...or Misdemeanor) and was sentenced to pay the max fine. No points were assessed and my drivers license was restored. During this time, and after...my employer(s) were threatening suspension and/or termination, Mr Quinn went out of his way to file additional motions on my behalf to help secure my employment. Mr. Quinn was direct, very knowledgeable and effective throughout the entire process! He represented me extremely well and sought the best possible outcome for me in my situation! I would have liked to seen this whole matter dropped completely...but wouldn't we all? Mr. Quinn was right from the beginning...he told be to trust him and not to lose sleep over this...although I did (and still am), I now understand why he advised that! He is a great lawyer and I would say unconventional, in that he will do exactly what is required...even if it means a house call, after-hours call, additional court motions and extra time to see the matter through with you. Whenever I called him, his return phone calls were prompt and to the point. When motions needed to be filed, generally they were all same day! Mr. Quinn is an excellent lawyer and if you wind up needing an OVI Specialist and have a professional job (or not even)...this is the man you want representing you! Thanks Mr. Quinn for everything!!!
