Mr. Allen's (Mak's) contacts and knowledge have been invaluable in setting up a complex, cross-border investment at a cost within our budget. His understanding of both the Japanese side and the overseas requirements has smoothed the path considerably.

We used Mak to write contract boilerplates for our company. He did an excellent job creating a versatile set of documents that have been used pretty much unchanged for many years. Mak is detail-oriented and captures the essence of legal requirements. He is one of the few lawyers I know that is capable of expressing a legal issue in layman's terms.
