I recently chose Bill on a recommendation from my realtor. I certainly regret doing so. Communication in this office is severely lacking. I wouldn't hear from Bill in days. His secretary would have the most recent information, but not clue Bill in. I had to do a lot of legwork/research that should ha...ve been done by Bill. Bill is also a very difficult person to get a hold of. Do yourself a favor and go with a different realtor next time. I sure will.
