About Rebecca

Learn Rebecca’s areas of practice.

My estate planning practice is different from most other law firms—it's virtual! By forgoing the cost of a brick-and-mortar office, I'm able to help North Carolinians prepare their estate plans at their convenience and at a fraction of the cost of traditional law firms. I serve North Carolina residents state-wide and offer appointments by phone or video conference on evenings and weekends. Please visit my website at fisslawwillsandtrusts.com for more information.

Highly recommended
We engaged Fiss Law PLLC to assist with estate planning (i.e. creation of Wills and Durable/Healthcare Power of Attorneys) and highly recommend her services to others who are looking for a knowledgeable, organized, responsive, and modern attorney. She patiently spent time with us to understand our needs and diligently assembled the estate planning documents, which were accompanied by plain English explanations. We particularly liked her meeting style: Online web-conferences and after-hours/weekend meeting times

Convenient and responsive
I used Rebecca to write my will, POA, and other documents. She was very organized, explained things clearly, and responded to my emails quickly. She also provided visuals of how my estate plan would work, which I appreciated. Highly recommend.
