I highly recommend the Mcgee Lawfirm

I have been a client of Mr. James Mcgee for over 3 years now. I was arrested for DWI several years ago, and immediately saught legal councel. After speaking with several attorneys in the area, a brief conversation with Mr. Mcgee insured I would be making the correct decision in highering him, He was ...extremely knowledgable, understanding, and clearly supportive of ensuring I had the best possible outcome. My case lasted over 2 and a half years due to my deployment schedule, and I was only charged what I was originally quoted. Each time I had a question, concern, or just wanted general information about my case, Mr. Mcgee, and his paralegal were quick with an informative, detailed response. My DWI case is now closed, but I still seek out the Mcgee Lawfirm for answers to any questions I have legal related. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Mcgee for your legal needs.

Stress relief

Yes I got a DUI and the last thing I needed was someone looking down on me. Mr McGee was sympathetic, understanding and to the point all while maintaining a professional demeanor that helped me to relax and know that my case was in good hands. He gave me plenty of his time and I never felted rushed... or that I asked stupid questions. Same goes for the girl in his office. I had to call a few times and every time she was pleasant and knowledgeable. My case is still pending but even if things don't bend in my favor The McGee law firm has made this entire ordeal less painful.

You don't get what you pay for.

I employed this attorney's services for a DWI because after the consultation he stated the different points of contention that he could argue when the case went to trial. I felt really good about my chances of having the case dismissed. As time went on, and he continued my case over and over for lo...nger than a year, sometimes for things like him going on a ski trip, I began to doubt his credibility. Over a year later of having this on my mind and finally going to court to supposedly go to trial, he then reveals to me that he doesn't think going to trial will matter as the points of contention that were once relevant were now frivolous. So after swooning me with big promises, $2500, and a over a year of worrying later he then says it's all not worth going to trial. To say I was upset would be an understatement. I believe he knew all along how this was going to play out but led me on to get my money. He is very unprofessional in his behavior and how he communicates as I had to basically remind him of when my court dates were and what we were supposed to be trying to prove in court. I would definitely not recommend this attorney to anyone that has the unfortunate thing of getting a DWI. He preys on your desperation as I'm sure most do but I consulted other attorneys before going with him and they at least were upfront and honest that there was little they could do..As a result, they were willing to charge me much less money. Mr. Mcgee does the opposite by filling you with false hope of going to trial so he can charge you more money.
