From the moment I met Mr. Lallande I felt immediately at ease. I knew he was someone who would take care of me in my case.

The Lallande law offices obtained and poured through mountains of data with regard to my lawsuit. They Enlisted the aid of medical experts to testify on my behalf. They also introduced me to someone to help me with my financial questions regarding a dispersal of my settlement. By the time was it w...as settled they knew more about me than I did.I was able to call the office anytime I had questions or concerns or even if I just needed to hear a comforting voice. They kept me informed and up-to-date all through the process. I never once had the feeling that I wasn't forgotten client. Instead, I was made to feel like I was their most important client. They helped me with appointments for depositions, doctor's appointments, Etc. Since I am disabled, in a wheelchair. Mister Lallande and other representatives from his Law Firm came to my house in the hospital I was recovering in. Mister Lallande never offered me pie-in-the-sky promises regarding the outcome of the lawsuit. We did, however, settle my case for more than we anticipated. Mr. Lallande has become an expert in trucking law. This was an integral part of our success negotiating an excellent final outcome. I am now comfortably settled and financially secure although my case was settled almost a year ago Mr. Lallande has kept in touch with me, still interested in my welfare. Because of their concern and understanding of my situation I was comforted through a very exciting time in my life. It is my pleasure to be able to introduce him and recommend him to you. Sheila

Very Happy Client.

I and my husband was a client of Mr. Lawrence Lallande. We felt our case was in good hands. They actually treated us like family. Whenever I needed someone to talk to they was there to listen. Very professional. Before going into our case they explain our options. The staff was always friendly and... our case was always taken very serious at all times. Strongly recommend avoiding

I have a “soft tissue” injury case from a car accident 3.5 years ago. Unfortunately, my case ended up going to trial. I originally hired Lawrence Lallande, who was unavailable to represent me due to vacation plans he did not want to change, so he hired Minh to represent my case at trial, assisted... by Karina (Lawrence’s daughter, Lallande Law, see seperate review). In addition, I voiced my strong desire to settle my case. Lawrence and his firm were unable to settle it and I had to wait 3 years to go to trial (at which he was on his trip).

While I disagree with various statements and implications contained in the review, professional and ethical considerations prohibit the me from responding more directly to the statements. My response below will hopefully provide some general educational information for readers. A “soft tissue injury case” is the claim of damage of muscles, ligaments and tendons throughout the body- often from a sprain, strain, or a trauma. Soft tissue injuries generally do not have objective means of verification such as an x-ray, CT, or MRI. Big money insurance companies and their defense attorneys attack soft tissue cases with their retained experts including accident reconstruction engineers, biomechanical experts, and medical experts to falsely argue that the plaintiff was not injured. A case goes to trial when the defendant’s insurer is not willing to pay an amount in settlement that a plaintiff will accept. Lallande Law’s clients appreciate that if they refuse the big money insurance company’s efforts to force an unreasonable settlement offer then Lallande Law will go to battle for our clients. Mr. Lallande was NOT on vacation at the time of this trial. Mr. Lallande took the defendants depositions, some expert depositions and provided trial support. If a client agrees a co-counsel relationship can be created when the client expressly consents in writing. We at Lallande Law have a mutual interest with our clients to arrive at reasonable settlements. We work hard to present comprehensive information to the insurers in an effort to obtain a settlement that is fair to our client.

Personal experienced confirmed this when he took over my case on Feb 23, 2012, from my previous lawyer who did not even made a slight effort to fully represent me in my case.
