After finding myself once more arrested for a DUI, which would be an amount to be considered a felony, I reached out and up again to Mr. Fremont. He had in the past performed a miracle with his extraordinary brilliance and talent in keeping me from jail and a felony conviction, which in turn provided... the ability for my return to work and my life. With debilitating fear I imagined my life over yet again, and how very presumptuous of me. Immediately he calms your fears once you sit with him and bear witness to his magnitude of pure brilliance on full display for all to recognize and quickly realize a genius in their midst. It again brought to mind I was granted entry into the most prestigious Ivy league college with the good grace of learning from the most prestigious professor. Back to reality here.. once more his dogged determination and tenacity provided me life and freedom and how do you simply write with words a review for this? I owe this genius my life, and what a generous gift to be able to pass along this knowledge for those who may find themselves in the absolutely devastating position of a DUI. Fear not, for once you place your trust and life into Mr. Fremont's hands, he will tenaciously return both to you. You may see ratings of number one provided for others. As anyone that's ever gotten a DUI for one reason or another you know it's not a fun experience. I was freaking out the whole time because my DUI was more serious as I injured my passenger and when you do that it's a felony. It wasn't a regular misdemeanor situation even as a first time offender. I... was very fortunate and was referred to Mike by an old boss. I'm glad he did as he worked what seems like miracles for me. From the moment I went to consultation I was set at ease. I work for the DOD so I could not possibly have a felony on my record and if I did, I'd lose my job and security clearance. I got pulled over for your standard DUI arrest, no reckless driving or anything of the sort, but had a dimmed license plate light. I interviewed 3 different lawyers and decided to go with Mr. Freemont. Not only was he readily available, but he set up a consultation for the next day (Saturday). He ...mentioned a way to fight my case that the other lawyers I spoke to hadn't even thought of. It was a motion to suppress evidence of my BAC level. Mr. Freemont ended up getting the BAC taken out of evidence, by effectively stating the case to the judge. He made the prosecutor and the police officer look like rookies within the court room. After successfully removing the BAC from evidence the prosecutor was forced to drop my case! I was charged with a high alcohol DUI with an accident. There were lots of holes and weird things going on in the case. The City Attorney really wanted to throw the book at me. A friend recommended Mike Fremont to me, saying that he is a good attorney and very aggressive, that he would fight for me. ... After an initial meeting, Fremont and his office took over everything for me, which was awesome because I didn’t know where to start, or what to do. The City Attorney was being unreasonable, and wanted to go to a trial. It was stressful finding myself in front of a Jury, with the City Attorney chasing the harshest possible punishment. Freemont would not let up, and thanks to his knowledge of the law, was able to have my BAC thrown out. The City Attorney fought until he realized that Fremont had him backed in a corner, at which point I was pled to a regular DUI, and was able to do the standard 3 month course rather than House arrest, 9 month classes, significant auto restrictions, etc. Fremont’s knowledge of the law, the respect he received from the courts, and his perseverance saved my job.
