Federal DUI

Michael Freemont helped me with a federal DUI case. I was on base and blew a .21. He helped reduce my suspension from 3 years to 6 months and pay a low fine. He seemed to take my case very personally and was available to meet and talk any time of the day. He took care of everything so I didn't have t...o miss and days at work. I would definitely recommend him every time for DUI cases.

Didn't put much effort in my case!

This attorney needed to be reminded of my case multiple times. Could never remember who I was. Took my 3k and kept insisting that I went to trial so he can COLLECT more money (3500) from me. I kept asking him to get me any type of plea agreement offer but it almost seemed as if he was unwilling to d...o so. Kept telling me there was no offer from the DA. What a waste of my money. I fired him and went with a free public defender. He brought my offer and story to the DA like I insisted with Fremont and was able to get me a wet reckless like I had asked. Much thanks to the public defender, no thanks to Fremont. Really felt like I had been scammed.

I take exception to this review. First, I never needed to be reminded who the client was. All my clients are given my cell phone so they can contact me anytime. Many times I am not at the office and have them call the office so that my assistant can have the file ready for me to call them back and discuss details of their case. Mr. Keokham neglected to inform that he was charged with a DUI WITH A PRIOR. I convinced the DA to strike the prior making this a FIRST DUI NOT A SECOND. I made 5 appearances on this case including a Motion to Suppress Evidence. I relayed all pertinent information to the DA to settle the case. I suggested that a trial may be necessary. To say that I did nothing is a gross misrepresentation. I discussed this case with the Public Defender and he advised me that my work on the case made the final offer possible. Initially turning a second DUI into a first .

So glad I went with Michael Fremont on my case. I contacted a few attorneys and Mike met with me the same day on a Sunday. He spent time hearing my story and took notes. At my DMV hearing he used an expert to testify and we won that case, no license suspension! He also met with the DA on the criminal... case several times and got it reduced too. I was able to resolve this case with no license suspension and no alcohol offense on my client's record. Client pulled over at a checkpoint blew in a breath test over the legal limit.

Exactly what I needed

My case was pretty straight forward as a result of an accident. I had priors that Mike Fremont was able to remove, minimalizing the consequences. Throughout the entire case, Fremont and his staff were proactive about keeping in touch and keeping me well informed regarding the stance of my case. I hop...e I never need to contact him again but should something go wrong, I won't think twice about hiring Mike Fremont again.

Non DUI case done in 3 weeks!

I've never needed an attorney until recently. After my initial conversation I knew I was in good hands and peace of mind immediately started to set in as I hired him on the spot for a non DUI case. He communicated extremely promptly and I was always in the loop of next steps.
