This attorney needed to be reminded of my case multiple times. Could never remember who I was. Took my 3k and kept insisting that I went to trial so he can COLLECT more money (3500) from me. I kept asking him to get me any type of plea agreement offer but it almost seemed as if he was unwilling to d...o so. Kept telling me there was no offer from the DA. What a waste of my money. I fired him and went with a free public defender. He brought my offer and story to the DA like I insisted with Fremont and was able to get me a wet reckless like I had asked. Much thanks to the public defender, no thanks to Fremont. Really felt like I had been scammed.

Mr. Fremont helped me with two cases and the outcomes would not have been what they were if it weren't for him! First case was for a DUI and he got it down to a wet reckless (or something less), which was GREAT. No extra fines, didn't have to do a school or community service, didn't have to attend co...urt at all. A year later he helped me with a case that was a real crappy situation- I was arrested for resisting arrest with battery on a police officer. It was multiple charges with the possibility of fines/jail time/permanent record/etc. I originally used a public defender who could care less about my case so I spent the money (worth every penny!) for Fremont again.
