HE GOT MY CASE DISMISSED

Mr. Fremont came to court with an excellent command of both the law and the facts, causing the Judge to have to rein the officer in to the point of ruling that evidence sought to be used against me was legally inadmissible. This resulted in an outright dismissal of all charges against me.

4th DUI and got me out of prison

My experience with Michael Jon Fremont was great , I went through 9-10 lawyers before hiring Mr. Fremont for a very reasonable price. He was a excellent choice for a DUI attorney. I highly recommend him. He was able to keep me out of prison for my 4th DUI. He fought hard for the best deal available ...in my case with a accident on my 4th DUI.

Honest, straight forward and not scared to fight for you

I had a case that I knew wasn't fair and in favor of the DA. Every lawyer only would offer to fight for a reduction in penalty. Mike is the only one that said "If it goes to trial", we will fight as hard as we can. ALL other lawyers said a trial would be a waste of time and money. Mike proved them wr...ong, took to trial and got a dismissal. Thanks to him I can start rebuilding my life. If your in the San Diego area, are in need of a DUI Attorney I would highly recommend him

Outstanding lawyer

I have nothing but great things to say about Michael Fremont's work. My 18 year old son was arrested in San Diego with an open beer on his first day of college. Michael took care of every aspect of the case and got it dismissed. I am very grateful for his efforts.

Great Lawyer

Michael Jon Fremont saved me from having my driver's license suspended for a year. He was very helpful and available throughout the process. This guy is a pro.
