Hands down the best attorney for DUI/DWI
About 2 years ago I was arrested for a DUI, while driving on a suspended license, from a prior DUI. I contacted 5 other DUI attorneys until I finally retained Michael Fremont. From my very first meeting, he was optimistic and had a plan of attack with my case. I had a prior DUI that wasn't resolved ...

3rd DUI; not a day in jail
I can't say enough good things about Michael Freemont. I was facing a mandatory sentence of 4-5 months for my third DUI offense in ten years. Freemont worked out a deal with the DA to let me serve the time in a rehab facility as opposed to jail. With the use of the SCRAM alcohol monitoring device mee...

BEST LAWYER I EVER HAD
Michael was on my case from minute one and kept me informed about each step during this lengthy process. His assistant is also very pleasant to deal with. He was referred to me by a former client I met in jail after my arrest who told me that he gets people off each time. I knew that these women know...

Please read all reviews. Out of 49 reviews their are only three negative ones. I always explain to persons with low BAC's that they can usually get a wet without an attorney. However, if they want to fight the DUI and the DMV they need an attorney and must consider going to trial. This client choose not to go to trial. I gave this client a reduced fee to start, did the DMV hearing, filed and argued a motion to supress the evidence, walked her through the license suspension and she did not have to appear in court. At the end of the day it was her choice not to proceed any further. .
