Mr. Fremont is your best bet in San Diego county for beating your DUI case. I was arrested in February this year and talked to a couple lawyers before deciding on Mr. Fremont because he seemed to have more experience dealing with DUI cases than just about anyone around. I hired Michael for a .09 DUI I got while still on probation from 2 previous DUI's in 2008... I was almost 4 years into the 5 year probationary period, and the DA's office was trying to seize my vehicle on top of everything else that a 3rd DUI conviction brings. It was now up to the jury to decide my fate. They deliberated for a full day, and in the end, enough doubt had been implanted in the minds of a couple of the jurists that we wound up with a hung jury. Had it not been for Michael's passion (and his expert witness), I would probably be in jail today.
