Mr. Fremont did an exencllent job handling my case. When first meeting with Mr. Fremont to discuss the details of my case, he made me feel at ease by being up front and totally honest about what to expect. He told me his plan of action for getting me the results that I needed and followed through to ...the "T". My BAC was very high and for a while I had lost hope of getting anything other than a DUI. With persistians, knowledge, and skill Michael was able to get me unbelieveble results. Another major plus is his staff was very helpful and friendly. IF your BAC was low dont waste your money. I wish he would have told me that but instead I paid 2,200 for the same results I would have had on my own. I hired him because I was most concerned about getting a set aside at the DMV hearing. He sounded so confident when I got my consultation and when I c...alled a month later about my DMV hearing he completely changed his story and tone. So I didn't get a set aside. I had a bac of .088 I was offered a wet reckless which they would have given me anyway. Ok so I hire and I don't even get the reduced DUI classes of 12 hrs I got the 30 hr class. My fine was $1050 and classes were 477. If I was told to save my money I could have paid my fine and done my classes and still have 500$ extra in my pocket. If I were to hire a lawyer again I would go with cole/Casey I talked to them first and I knew in my gut they could have got the job done. I wish someone would have wrote a review about a really low BAC and I Could have saved my money
