Boyfriend facing 365 days in jail

My boyfriend got picked up for a second probation violation, he had to spend a mandatory 10 day in custody. The day of his hearing his probation officer wanted to give him 365 days in jail. If it wasn't for Mr. Fremont representing him he would still be there Michael got his sentence reduced from 365... day to 9-15 day, he was released later that night! Hands down Michael Fremont is the best DUI attorney in California! He's one of the most trustworthy and out right incredible attorneys I've ever come across!

DUI case Winter 2013

Mr. Fremont is your best bet in San Diego county for beating your DUI case. I was arrested in February this year and talked to a couple lawyers before deciding on Mr. Fremont because he seemed to have more experience dealing with DUI cases than just about anyone around. He was honest with me in that ...he thought the best I could hope for would be a plea bargain to a wet and reckless, but the consultation with him was still reassuring. After that first meeting, I didn't really hear from Mr. Fremont much other than the occasional letter notifying me of important dates in my case; however, he was generally available to take calls and answer any questions I had. While I thought my case was pretty much unbeatable because I had blown a .13 on the roadside and had my blood drawn against my will, Mr. Fremont proved that to be very wrong. He charged $2600 to take care of my case, and it was definitely money well spent. Mr. Fremont will take care of everything related to your case and he will look at it from every angle. He will develop multiple arguments to fight for your rights in court. While I still lost my driver's license for a year with the DMV, Mr. Fremont was actually able to exclude evidence taken in a manner that violated my rights and this caused me to be able to plea the DUI down to just a speeding ticket! I can only recommend that you hire this attorney if you are fighting a DUI, even if it seems hopeless. My record is clean!

Felony DUI dropped down to misdemeanor

After getting into a DUI accident with injury which was written up as a felony, I thought my military career was over. I started researching DUI attorneys, and eventually found Michael Fremont. I was very impressed with the knowledge Mr Fremont had shown. He was able to get my court dates to happen b...ack to back. He was also able to get my blood alcohol level thrown out. In the end he saved my military career, by getting all charges dropped down to a misdemeanor. You could also tell he was confident and well experienced while in court. He personally knew the DA's and was able to get them to agree to drop the charges down and have no timed served. I cannot thank Michael Fremont enough for saving my young and promising military career.

Excellent attorney!

I hired Michael for a .09 DUI I got while still on probation from 2 previous DUI's in 2008... I was almost 4 years into the 5 year probationary period, and the DA's office was trying to seize my vehicle on top of everything else that a 3rd DUI conviction brings. Before we went to trial, Michael su...cceeded in having the 2 previous convictions suppressed, so the jury didn't know about them, which SHOULD HAVE been a good thing... but there were serious problems with the judge in the case. A former prosecutor herself, she was objecting on behalf of the prosecution from the bench, coaching the city's attorney, and denying most of Michael's objections... BLATANTLY siding with the prosecution! She called SO many sidebars, that it became a joke with the jury... it wasn't looking good, and I was scared. Michael's expert witness had done a GREAT job of casting doubt on the equipment used, and the expertise of the prosecution's so called "expert" witness. And it was proven in court that the Poway sheriff who arrested me had given me improper instructions on using the breathalizer, and that in essence, I had passed the field sobriety check before being administered the breath test. It was now up to the jury to decide my fate. They deliberated for a full day, and in the end, enough doubt had been implanted in the minds of a couple of the jurists that we wound up with a hung jury. Had it not been for Michael's passion (and his expert witness), I would probably be in jail today.
