I hired Mike to handle the eviction of a tenant at my condo in Schaumburg, IL. He was very clear on the pricing and told me that I could contact him anytime I needed him. Michael provided plenty of advise and expertise which protected us from a bad landlord that was not fulfilling their obligations. Even after we moved out and found a subleaser, the landlord would not show the apartment to the subleaser or even advertise. Due to many illegal activities that this landlord had done and that Michael helped us identify, we did not get "screwed" by this unfortunate management company and landlord.
