I hired Mr. Fisher in Sept. 2014 in connection to an injury I received at work. I had contact with his office for the first few months of my claim, and tried on multiple occasions to get any help I could from his office as my hand was quite injured, and couldn't use it for most tasks I needed to do (...my girl friend had to button my pant's, tie my shoes etc...).
All I ever heard from Mr. Fisher's office for the first 6 month's of my claim was to keep going to the doctor, and that's all I could do( I only was able to speak with his assistants for 6 months, and he ignored me while I slept in my car during the fall, and winter, including a snow storm). They told me there was no way they could help me pay my bills, to keep me from being evicted, or paying any bills whatsoever. They ignored a $2000 time loss check I was owed for 6 month's, among other complaint's.
It turns out that (after receiving evidence of this recently that Mr. Fisher had no idea I was his client until after I once again asked the insurance company for time loss payments. This was in March of 2015, 6 months after I had signed a retainer to have him represent me. He then worked with the insurer, and their attorney for my claim (it's apparent that my attorney and the insurers attorney are good friends) to help the non complying lawyer gain almost complete power over our legal battle, and almost made me go to a hearing I would have lost. I would have lost because almost all the evidence proving my claim was valid had not been added to my file, nor were the most serious injuries even brought up to the insurer for acceptance to my claim. Mr. Fisher refused to help me fix these things, and simply tried to force me to appear at the hearing unprepared, and tried causing me to lose my wc claim. Mr. Fisher has no business practicing law, in any court, in any country, on any planet in the universe. He may as well work for Mr. Neil Jones, and Sedgwick insurance, as that's where he seems to be where his priorities lie.
Do not trust Mr. Fisher to do his job, especially if the insurer doesn't believe you, as he will not help you in the way'(s) he is supposed to.
