Paid $40,000 upfront costs to the Offices of Marcellus Long Jr. for a real estate deal that was supposed to be held in trust but was then paid out to a fraudulent broker who kept the money himself and is now in jail. Check out Sam Ajami, Sebastian Restum and the recent Fox2 Detroit News Investigation... on all of these players. Hatchett, Dewalt, and Hatchett (where Long is a part of) was supposed to be a reputable law firm.
