I have known lee both professionally and personally for years. He handled a civil suit for me back in 2013 and did a great job as I fully recovered my money damages. I think he is an outstanding lawyer and a good and decent man.

Hired him to have custody modified and have jurisdiction moved to pa however this was not completed then august 2012 my ex never returned my daughter so he finally filed to get helplap to get her back, then when pa wwouldn't continue, and Missouri kept continuing jurisdiction. I tried getting at least some of my retainer back to hire legal counsel in Missouri..never returns my calls as,never sent detailed bill as to how it was spent ...if you need someone to be on the ball lees not the guy for you has a good talk but DOESN'T Follow Through And Does not return your money even tho he ddoesn't do a thing

Hired Mr. Oesterling May 1, 2012 to handle my divorce, paid $2500 up front. After many phone calls he finally filed divorce papers January 2013 although I NEVER received divorce papers from him and had to go to court house and pay to have them copied. Two phone numbers have since been disconnected, cell phone goes to voice mail and he does not return phone calls. Am working three jobs and cannot afford to throw away $2500 would like to get this matter settled but it seems like it is going to be impossible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM
