Excellent representation

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude & overwhelming satisfaction with the exceptional legal representation that Laura provided during my divorce proceedings. Laura’s effectiveness, dedication, and her unwavering commitment to my best interests were truly remarkable. I cannot thank her en...ough. I truly appreciated her ability to clearly communicate complex issues and help me understand them fully even when I didn’t want to hear it. Her no BS style of client representation really resonated with me. Laura’s expertise and guidance were truly invaluable throughout this extremely challenging process. I would highly recommend Laura’s services to anyone in need of a skilled and professional attorney.

Heartless

Laura represented me in a auto accident. I was very emotional due to the fact my nephew had just drowned in my indoor apartment pool, my Father had just passed, I found my Mother dead on christmas day I was going through losing my husband and children. Losing my home and job all within the six months... prior to her representation of my auto accident. I said a few unkind words due to the stress I had experienced. She settled my case for 25.000 dollars. I went to her doctors for physical therapy. Laura told me I could opt to pay monthly for my physical therapy and I agreed. When it was time to finally settle she said that I signed a paper that I would pay the total bill from my settlement, of course I opted to pay the Drs monthly. Beware she is heartless and sneaky. Long story short, out of the 25.000 dollar settlement I recieved 3.000 dollars. completely unimpressed with her.

Everything I could ask for ...

Laura represented me in a divorce that, I was concerned, could have gone on for a long time and had the potential to be negative and costly. Because of her knowledge of the law, her professionalism and, quite frankly, her assertive and confident nature, it was resolved quickly and the outcome was gre...ater than I had expected. She guided me through, answering all of my questions patiently and, at the conclusion of this painful time, I could not have asked for better counsel.

Horrible attorney!

I would not recommend Laura as an attorney. She did not fight for me during my divorce but rather agreed with everything my now ex's attorney said. As a previous poster commented, she just wanted me to sign off on my divorce so she didn't have to deal with it anymore. I had unresolved issues that she... acted like she would help with that ended up going nowhere. She never called or emailed back and I got the constant run around. The only way I could ever talk to her was in person, and even then she was doing other things, acted not interested and always made me feel rushed to get out. If you are looking for good legal advice I would not recommend her!

Horrible attorney!

I agree with the reviewer who said she agrees with the opposing counsel. Every single thing in that review was accurate. To make matters worse, she has lied twice that I know of to cover her mistakes. Her main concern is to socialize prior to court, do as little work as possible, and encourage you... to settle. She must be afraid to litigate. She will tell you one thing when you first consult with her and then not follow through at all. I had to continually tell her what was in my parenting plan after we discussed major points. She absolutely is not an attorney who fights for you. She makes the opposing counsel's job easy. She told me she had filed a document a week before she actually did, then that document was only 3 sentences. Horrible! With her, it's settle, settle, settle. I think she doesn't want to go to trial. Must not have much confidence in her own ability. After my case was over, I spoke with several former clients and 2 other attorney's in Knoxville. They all had the same opinion as mine. Don't waste your money on her. You would be better off representing yourself!
