I want to say that this was one of the toughest parts of my life, but knowing that Ivan and his staff had my back made it easier. They might not be the least expensive law firm out there, but they are worth the money. I trust Ivan and his staff and if I ever have another legal issue, I know that ...I will be able to count on him. No matter how bad the Bank wanted to delay this process into foreclosure, she stopped it and made the modification go through.
