I went to Ilona because we were referred by a good friend of ours, and of course success rate is something that played the most important role here. We did our research before going to her office. After meeting her, we were convinced. She heard our situation patiently and we had a detail discussi...on about the procedure. She gave her opinion right away explaining why we have a case. We dealt with one of her staff mostly for prepping our paper works. His name is Kiril. He is very nice and hard working guy. Every time we visited the office, he is always there. He helped us to organize our papers and he did an amazing job. Whether you need a translator to translate a document or need an interpreter for your interview, he has contacts. Another thing I loved about Ilona, she is very prompt with responses. She has always answered my emails within 3 mins or less. Anytime I had questions, I emailed her. This is the fastest and easiest way to communicate with her. 2 days ago we have received 'Recommendation for Approval' We have finger crossed, hope to receive the final approval letter soon via mail.
