The best family law practice in South Florida

I was involved in an out of state child time sharing dispute with my daughters mother. I interviewed several lawyers before retaining Scott Weiss and his partner Gary Weiner of Weiner and Weiss associates. Through every step of this unfortunate ordeal Scott and Gary were with me every step of the way. Their advice, preparation and court room performance were outstanding, as were the results. Scott M. Weiss practices exclusively family law at Weiner & Weiss, LLC, assisting clients in divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, distribution of marital property, and post-judgment modifications. As a family law attorney, Mr. Weiss works diligently to serve his clients with compassion and sensitivity while vigorously protecting their rights. Mr. Weiss earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York in 2002, and went on to pursue his law degree at Nova Southeastern University, graduating in 2005. He was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. Partnering with Gary D. Weiner, he now provides family law services to clients throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties in South Florida. Mr. Weiss is past chair of the Family Law Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, which he serves as a member of the Board of Directors, and a member of the Florida Bar's Family Law Section. Excellent

Scott handled a family law case for me successfully, professionally and without a lot of hassle. He kept me apprised of the progress but did it without a lot of drag on me. I'd highly recommend him.

Caring and Very Knowledgable Lawyer

After a verbal argument, my wife of 27 years left the home, moved into her brother's home, hired an expensive lawyer, and filed for divorce. We are trying to reconcile and she is moving back in a few days but it has been very difficult. Scott has been an outstanding source of wisdom and guidance throughout this process and through multiple consultations. He has been instrumental in helping me pull my wife back from the cliff of an acrimonious and unnecessarily expensive divorce. I found Scott to not only provide good guidance but to also be a very caring and considerate person who truly looks out for the best interests of his clients. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of legal help in this area of law.

The best divorce attorney I’ve ever had!!

Scott Weiss was an incredible attorney and adviser during my Complicated divorce. Scott kept me informed all along the drawn out process. I was able to confide in him and I knew that he always had my best interests in mind. I would recommend Mr. Weiss to anyone in need of a divorce attorney.

Amazing lawyer

Scott helped to put me at ease at my mediation. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is caring too! He followed through on every aspect of this process. He helped me come to a decision that was right for me. I would recommend him to friends needing a family law attorney .

Scotts legal advice

Scott handled my divorce a couple of yeas ago and did what I wanted him to do in a timely and no nonsense manner. Since the divorce I have had several issues come up with my ex and he has been very helpful, putting me at ease and advising me how to handle it right over phone. Unfortunately we cant always choose the right spouse but at least I got the lawyer right.

Highly recommend!

Scott was great to work with and put me at ease through the entire process. He is very knowledgable and I had complete faith that my case was being handled properly. He was always easy to reach by phone and equally easy to talk to. I never felt that he was just trying to rack up a bill, as I have heard is the case with many attorneys. I highly recommend you use Scott to represent you in your divorce. You won't be sorry.

Recent Scott Client (2015)

Mr. Weiss represented me in my Divorce case. Being an attorney myself and a business owner, I know that attorneys very often have their associates or non-lawyer staff handle many aspects of the case, and that you only see that attorney on the day you pay your retainer and on the day you go to Court. With Scott I knew that he would be the only one handling my case. He responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He keep me up to date on everything that was being done in my case.
