I can not be happier with the help that her team provided us, since the initial call to make the appointment to speak with erika we knew we was on the right hands, once we spoke to Erika on a zoom call she explained the process and told us her estimations on how long the case was going to take to be ...resolved also the prices are fair taking into account the fact that she has a big team of knowledgeable people working for her, i was helped by Paloma and they were very patient with me, everytime there was a development in the case they were there to help, thanks for Erika and her team we can now be at ease my greencard was just recaived last week, definitely will be reaching out to them in the future to apply for citizenship. I want to start off by thanking God in leading us to Erika Jurado’s law team. From the transparency to the amazing attention to detail from the beginning let us know she knew what she was doing. It became a leap of faith for us too, but we were confident that with the knowledge and help from her a...ssistant/team we were going to achieve this. We contracted her in December of 2023 and from there I know God made a way for my mom to receive her residency by July 2024. Zero communication on my case. The assistant didn't seem very well informed or probably didn't understand my questions and wanted me to pay for consultation. They sent me a letter in the mail and I never received so they never received a response from me and they never emailed me or tried to call m...e regarding the form they sent. Every time I had a question over my case or update the lady wanted to charge me for a consultation. I feel like they have so many clients that they don't have time to actually take care of your case. The last time I had a question over the pre approve stuff they wanted me to pay for a meeting.
